About this role
You will help Bordr craft a consistent brand voice across its written assets. This interdisciplinary role collaborates with most or all teams across the organization.
The work covers customer instruction guides, sales pages, product copy, FAQs, email templates, standard operating procedures, and service-level agreements.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Create effective customer-facing communication materials.
- Bring a consistent brand voice to product copy, sales pages, guides, FAQs, and email templates.
- Organize internal standard operating procedures and service-level agreements clearly.
What they’re looking for
- Native-level English; U.S. English is preferred.
- Previous experience with copywriting and UX information architecture.
- The ability to organize jargon-heavy content so it makes sense to the end user.
- The writing skills to communicate clearly in Bordr’s voice.
- The ability to write in a casual but professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
