What you’ll work on
- If you’re someone who leverages mixed-methods research and love democratizing insights across an organization, we’d love to hear from you.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape strategic initiatives with sharp user insights
- Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions
- Coach Designers on research best practices to empower more impactful, scalable research across the org
- Identify gaps in our current research ops and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation
