About this role

We're seeking an elite-level UI/UX Graphic Designer who’s not just visually creative but also deeply understands product-driven design. You’ll be working closely with a team of Ukrainian developers, so familiarity with agile, collaborative remote work is key.

Our current design bottlenecks are impacting productivity—we’re looking for someone who can step in with expertise, confidence, and autonomy from day one.

Role requirements and focus

What you’ll work on

  • Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Translate product and business needs into user-centric designs.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices for ecommerce.
  • Collaborate with Ukrainian developers for seamless implementation.

What they’re looking for

  • At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience across web or app products.
  • A proven track record with ecommerce design.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • The ability to work independently and quickly without constant direction.
  • A portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion-focused UX.
