Destsetters is a hospitality consulting firm focused on concept and strategy. It is adding freelance graphic designers to a creator pool that works on brand and identity projects for hotels and hospitality investments.
The collaboration includes training and creative mentoring in producing strategic visual materials for hospitality brands.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Create logos and visual identities for hospitality projects in line with their strategic brand direction.
- Develop hotel-design moodboards that combine aesthetics, functionality, and a recognizable visual point of view.
- Produce brand and visual assets using Destsetters’ templates and design standards.
What they’re looking for
- 2–4 years of professional design experience and a strong portfolio covering branding, presentations, and marketing material.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with visual storytelling for hospitality, real estate, or premium brands is helpful.
- The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond to training feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, visual quality, and innovative design thinking.
