About this role
This is a player-coach position spanning product vision, new-product work, and improvements to existing insurance experiences. The designer will own key initiatives while actively guiding other designers and helping establish the team’s quality bar.
The role partners with product, engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders across multiple business units, from early discovery and problem definition through implementation and measurement.
