About this role
Flying Bisons is seeking a UX Researcher to lead and support research across digital products and services on a business-to-business contract.
The role works with designers, strategists, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions, and inform product and business decisions.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Plan and execute research from defining the problem through analyzing the resulting material.
- Conduct usability tests, in-depth interviews, focus groups, tree testing, and card sorting as appropriate.
- Prepare reports and communicate insights that inform product and design decisions.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints from the research.
- Collaborate with researchers and a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.

- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- A deep understanding of the digital-product development lifecycle.
- The ability to plan and execute research projects independently.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- The ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence decisions.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English.
