About this role
The UX/UI Designer works across large digital products and services for enterprise and public-sector clients. Projects can involve international teams of researchers, strategists, analysts, product managers, owners, and developers, with design work moving from research and information architecture through polished UI and engineering handoff.
The role combines hands-on interaction and visual design with ongoing product improvement. Designers use research and analytics to find opportunities, maintain consistency across complex journeys, and extend established design systems with new components and patterns.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive interfaces.
- Review and improve existing products using research, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other evidence.
- Maintain and extend large design systems while preserving interaction and visual consistency.
- Work with clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams to turn business requirements into usable product experiences.
What they’re looking for
- A strong portfolio of commercial UX/UI work and command of responsive web and mobile design.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility, analytics, layout, typography, and component-based design.
- Professional English and Polish at B2 level or above, plus clear presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
