As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an exceptional Principal Product Designer to lead the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences.
You'll help define how thousands—and ultimately millions—of people experience Human Intelligence.
You'll collaborate directly with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, FlutterFlow Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
You'll help shape the future user experience across AI-powered healthcare, education, business, wellbeing, and human development platforms.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- As our Principal Product Designer, you'll lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
- You'll own the complete product design lifecycle—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization.
- This is an AI-first product leadership role.
- We're looking for someone who actively embraces AI as part of their design process and continually explores better ways to create exceptional user experiences.
- Help shape product vision.
What they’re looking for
- We're looking for an exceptional senior product designer with outstanding strategic thinking and execution capability.
- 7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product design across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong experience designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications.
- Expertise using Figma and modern product design workflows.
