About this role
LEAP is looking for a project-based UX/UI freelancer to design conversion-focused digital experiences for international clients. Assignments include online shops, landing pages, and A/B tests, with close collaboration across conversion optimization and development.
The designer is expected to turn ideas into interaction concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, then refine the experience using implementation feedback and current design practice. The engagement is fully remote with flexible hours.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Create audience-appropriate visual designs for ecommerce, landing-page, and experimentation work.
- Develop interaction concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that make proposed experiences easy to evaluate.
- Partner with CRO and engineering specialists to implement designs and improve them from feedback and test evidence.
- Balance user needs, brand requirements, visual craft, and conversion goals.

- A strong UI/UX portfolio and professional proficiency with Figma.
- Knowledge of user-centered design and A/B testing, with close attention to visual detail.
- Fluent English and working proficiency in German.
