About this role
We are seeking a Product Owner / Service Designer (Mid-Level) to support product ownership and service design activities within a remote project environment. The role will be responsible for translating user needs, business objectives, and operational requirements into clear product direction and actionable solutions.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Lead product ownership activities, including defining product vision, managing priorities, and supporting delivery of product initiatives.
- Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives.
What they’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing product requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- A strong understanding of service design methods, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working with Agile methods and cross-functional delivery teams.
- The ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with digital products, platforms, or service transformation projects is preferred.
