About this role
This designer owns consumer-facing experiences across Stord's commerce products, including order tracking, returns, delivery communication, subscription portals, and related post-purchase touchpoints. The work spans responsive web experiences and brand-adaptable patterns that must remain understandable and consistent at scale.
The role combines research, interaction design, polished visual execution, prototyping, and measurement. The designer partners with product and engineering, contributes to the shared design system, tests concepts with users, and connects design decisions to conversion, task completion, customer satisfaction, and repeat purchase behavior.

What you’ll work on
- Create clearer order tracking, returns, delivery, and subscription experiences across devices.
- Use research and behavioral data to reduce friction and improve completion and satisfaction measures.
- Extend reusable design-system patterns while supporting the distinct visual identities of customer brands.

- At least five years of product design experience, including substantial work on consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong responsive interaction and visual design skills with advanced Figma and prototyping experience.
