- Design experiences that help users onboard quickly, stay compliant, and manage risk with clarity and control
- Partner with product, engineering, policy, operations, and research to define both near-term improvements and longer-term opportunities
- Raise the craft bar in a domain where quality and trust matter deeply

- 12+ years of experience designing products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design, including a strong understanding of AI tools
- Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product management and engineering
- Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design
