This role owns the design vision for complex Agent+ engagements and works directly with founders, clients, and engineers. It sits at the intersection of product design, design systems, code-aware prototyping, and external design leadership.
The designer will research, prototype, test, and refine customer-facing experiences while helping Tempo define practices for AI-assisted design engineering.
