About this role
This staff-level role owns design end to end across the GrantOS platform and core product areas, including the data layer, task management, reporting, integrations, and the relationships that connect the full grant lifecycle.
The designer will work from discovery and user research through shipping and iteration, lead zero-to-one product work, and define interaction and system standards for a complex B2B platform.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Own GrantOS platform and core workflows from discovery through iteration.
- Define scalable interaction patterns for connected grant data, tasks, reports, and integrations.
- Lead ambiguous zero-to-one initiatives and establish the platform design standard.

- Eight or more years of product-design experience with meaningful senior or staff-level ownership.
- A track record leading complex B2B, multi-entity workflows end to end.
- Strong systems thinking, Figma and prototyping craft, and hands-on user-research experience.
