About this role
Join 3Pillar’s UX team on a fixed-term, client-facing engagement focused on Salesforce. You will work with product management, engineering, and program management partners to improve CRM workflows and translate business processes into usable product experiences.
The work includes mapping user flows, building clickable prototypes, contributing to workshops and client presentations, and helping delivery teams turn approved designs into clear requirements and user stories.

What you’ll work on
- Create an efficient Salesforce CRM workflow.
- Map high-level business processes into user flows and clickable prototypes.
- Improve the end-to-end CRM journey for users and client teams.

- Hands-on experience designing within Salesforce.
- At least three years of client-facing UX experience.
- At least two years of consulting experience.
- Strong interaction or visual design skills and experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.
