Ashby uses a collaborative product model in which designers, engineers, and product leaders share ownership of the customer experience. The Staff Product Designer will take on the hardest product problems while helping the wider team make stronger design decisions.
The work spans information architecture, interaction design, visual craft, customer discovery, written specifications, and the continued evolution of Ashby’s design system across a large enterprise-software surface.

What you’ll work on
- Lead ambiguous product initiatives from problem framing through shipped experience.
- Raise interaction, information-architecture, and visual-design quality across the product.
- Create standards and system patterns that help the broader product team make better design decisions.
