About this role
The designer will work on Check Console, the operational layer used by payroll platforms to manage complex payroll activity across many businesses. The role spans product strategy, research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design rather than focusing on a narrow surface.
The central challenge is to turn data-heavy, high-stakes payroll workflows into software that feels predictable and approachable. The designer will work directly with payroll operators and partner closely with product and engineering leaders from problem framing through shipped improvements.

What you’ll work on
- Own major Console enhancements from discovery and workflow definition through implementation and iteration.
- Establish clearer interaction patterns and product architecture for complicated payroll operations.
- Use research and rapid prototypes to validate decisions with platform partners and payroll operators.
